At Luther Bennett, we design products that dogs love and owners trust — and we want you to feel confident about your purchase.

We now offer a 30-day trial period on all Dog Pods and accessories. If you don’t feel our product is the right fit for your dog, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt — no problem.

Here’s how it works:

• Products must be returned in a clean and saleable condition.

• Items must not be washed or heavily soiled.

• You’ll need to arrange return shipping at your own cost. (We’re a small business, so unfortunately we can’t cover this.)

• To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you return instructions and the return address upon approval. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with clear photos. We’ll send out arange a collection and replacement free of charge.
