While we’ve seen some customers lift or move the Dog Pod with their dog inside, we do not advise or recommend doing so.

Here’s why:

The Pod is designed to be secure, supportive, and padded for travel, but it’s not built to function as a carrier.

• Yes, it’s strong and can technically support your dog’s weight

• But it’s not designed to be carried with your dog inside, and doing so could put unnecessary stress on the base, seams, or handles

Even if it feels stable in the moment, there’s a risk of sudden movement or slippage — especially with larger or more active dogs.
