Yes — we’re still shipping to the USA. However, due to recent changes in US import tariffs, we’re currently handling these orders manually to make things as smooth and transparent as possible for you.
Why can’t I check out as normal?
Until recently, most of our US customers received their orders without any additional fees. That changed when new government tariffs came into effect — adding import duties to nearly all parcels coming in from the UK.
While we do show estimated duties at checkout, we found that some customers were reading over / missing the displayed estimates.Â
To prevent any unpleasant surprises, we’ve temporarily paused US checkout while we build a better, more predictable solution.
